Welcome to Wedding Champs. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and the DJ & artist booking enquiry feature offered through it (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
1. Who we are

2. The service we provide
When you submit a quote form on this Site, we treat it as an enquiry. We will respond with availability, pricing, and a written proposal. A booking is only confirmed once both parties sign a written agreement and any agreed deposit is paid.
- DJ and artist availability is not guaranteed until a written agreement is signed.
- Pricing is quoted per event and depends on date, location, duration, and the line-up requested.
- Travel, accommodation, equipment, sound & lights, and any local taxes may be additional and will be itemised in the proposal.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a request.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries.
- Do not use the Site to harvest data, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, our database, or admin area.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Independent artists and vendors
Many of the DJs, artists, and performers we book are independent professionals. While we vet our roster carefully, individual performers may have their own riders and conditions which will be shared with you before booking is confirmed.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its layout, text, graphics, and the Wedding Champs name and logo, is owned by Wedding Champs or licensed to it. You may view and share public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.
7. No guarantees / limitation of liability
The Site and the enquiry form are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to AED 500. Liability under any signed booking agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for confirmed bookings are governed by the written booking agreement you sign with us. The enquiry itself can be withdrawn at any time before signing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
